- CCConnorNov 16, 20253.0Arrived to hotel and got a room that was still dirty. Took a little bit to get a new room. Got to the new room and had a pullout couch as I booked a double queen room. Called front desk and said rooms were all booked and to call back for manager next day after basically about to be leaving hotel. The shower had a bench in the way, it was not supposed to be there because I didn’t book a wheelchair accessible room. Won’t be going back and the walls are paper thin and had little kids running down the hallways being very loud.

The front desk staff greeted us every time we walked in, which made the stay feel welcoming. Breakfast was well done and had everything we needed. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and professional. Highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait until our next visit.

She runs a great kitchen and the breakfast was wonderful, as was the social night, thanks to Gina. The place is also the cleanest hotel I have seen in a long time, and I felt safe. However, one caveat...if you do not do well with a hard mattress, this is not the place for you. It's like they ran out of their medium comfort mattresses and put an extra firm in. I had the worst first night and didn't sleep, until I went to buy a mattress topper. I went in a day early, just to rest up and that did not happen. At this price point, I should not have had to buy a 100 dollar mattress topper, but that is the only way I could stay through my reservation period. I'm not sure what happened to the Hilton bedding, but my room had the hardest bed I've ever found in a Hilton. It was awful and other people complained while I was there, so I know it wasn't just my room. I was also very unhappy about not having any response from the GM after multiple requests for her to contact me. I felt avoided and will not stay there next time I got back. While the rest of the hotel is nice, a good night sleep is paramount to any successful business trip.
