Decent hotel, can hear everything that happens outside through the doors. Didn’t see a bar at this one either.

The rooms were clean and spacious but not the best I've seen from hilton. Service was rude as hell and the manager is lucky to have a job and I'm lucky to not be in jail. The way she spoke to us was so ridiculous that I could hardly keep my composure. The pool and spa were filthy. Leaves and debris on the floor, no pool towels and the pool bathroom wasn't useable.modt hotels are allowing dogs to stay in the rooms which I think is disgusting. There's dog hair everywhere, u can't clean under the beds and on the furniture that good and the smell lingers. Hilton honors customer service is a whole other issue and we won't get into that but I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff is five star, always super helpful and accommodating. The overall rating is for the hotel itself. The rooms are in desperate need of an update, and good luck if you’re in a room near the elevator, especially on the first floor. The walls are paper thin and you’ll hear the noise from the elevator and people congregating, and the elevator machine room sounds like an amusement park ride, it’s so loud. Bring earplugs to be safe. The Hilton perks are a joke at this point too, diamonds get a $10 F&B credit for a $17 breakfast. You’re better off taking the points and spending $17 for breakfast at the diner across the street. Also, none of the cardio equipment in the gym were working. Overall it’s fine, it’s a serviceable bed with good AC/heat and like I said, great staff, but it is certainly nothing special or remarkable.

BEWARE! Management doesn’t care… Checked in 7:30ish pm on 10/19 and was informed that the hotel staff would be entering my room 10/20 to swap out the mattresses (confirmed at checkout this was not an outside vendor). There was no option to switch rooms since they were swapping all mattresses in the hotel. I informed them I was not happy about the circumstances and would’ve liked to have known ahead of time. She apologized for the inconvenience and I went on my way. I debated overnight what to do with my belongings (I’m not one to have housekeeping in my room normally.). Ultimately I decided to pack up my suitcase and leave it in the closet. Anything of real value I took with me. I returned that evening to find my phone and watch chargers missing, unopened snacks missing, and my suitcase open with the items tossed around. I immediately reported the incident to the front desk. A notice was sent to the general manager. I checked out at 12pm on 10/22 without any communication from the manager. I reported the incident again and asked that she reach out to me. I received an email a couple hours later while at the airport asking for details of when I “FELT” like the event occurred so she could look into it. I responded with the details. I’ve had no further communication. A Hilton rep reached out to the manager on my behalf and I’ve requested an update from her as to the findings with no response as of today. The items taken caused an inconvenience during my stay, but were all replaceable. The lack of concern by management is really what has upset me the most. I should’ve trusted my gut and taken everything with me. People suck and my ENTIRE experience with this hotel continues to back that up.

I stayed here for my wedding a few weeks ago and it was decent. Everyone in our room block all had rooms close together which was great. The atmosphere was also really fun to hang out in, especially the bar and fire pit area. We arrived for check in and our room was not ready for us yet. We had our two dogs with us (who were overwhelmed to begin with) and 2 car fulls of wedding stuff that needed to be unloaded. They couldn’t get us checked in until 30 mins late, and it took us an additional 30 to actually get everything set up and settled into our rooms, which ended up having us arrive late to our wedding rehearsal. We had also booked the conference room to have the wedding parties get ready in. The conference room has a divider that splits the room in 2, and we requested this be put up so the guys and girls could get ready separately. We arrived in the conference room early in the morning to see the divider not put up and no table and chairs were out either. Luckily, one of our friends used to be a GM for Hilton, so she knew where the table and chairs were. She was able to set everything up for us, but it set us behind while trying to get ready in the morning. Overall, the stay wasn’t bad. However, the lack of service definitely complicated a few things for us.
