- MSMirra SaidNov 1, 20255.0We stayed at Spark by Hilton for our wedding and everything was absolutely exceptional! The manager, Samantha, was exceptionally hospitable and helpful. She helped us with arranging accommodations, preparing for our big day and generously decorated for the bride! The hotel and rooms were clean and the common areas were lovely and convenient. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend. A huge huge thank you to Sam and the staff for their contributions to a perfect wedding weekend!
- SNSudha NadimidlaOct 31, 20252.0I was really disappointed with my stay at Spark by Hilton in Bensalem. It honestly felt more like a converted motel than a Hilton property. When you hear the name Hilton, you expect a certain level of quality and cleanliness — unfortunately, this hotel didn’t meet those standards. The carpet was visibly dirty, and the overall cleanliness of the room and common areas was poor. The front desk staff seemed disorganized and weren’t able to provide much help when I asked for assistance. For the price charged, the experience and quality were far below expectations. I truly hope Hilton reevaluates this property to ensure it reflects the reputation and standards the brand is known for.

Their lobby bathroom was (hands down) the cleanest bathroom I have ever visited! Wow, it even smelled like a field of fresh flowers! Whoever cleans it deserves a raise!

- LPLogan PalmerOct 16, 20251.0The laundry machines only take quarters. Everything else about this place only takes card. Every ATM in Bensalem only lets you withdraw a 20. They won't let you exchange quarters via charging the room or by card. I need to do laundry TONIGHT and they won't let me. I can't go to an ATM because I have a corporate credit card.
