    The room (and the whole hotel) was very clean and well kept. The bed and linens were comfortable and the rooms have all the amenities you would need. I'll definitely stay here again the next time I am in the area.

    The room interior was good. The front desk personnel was good as well. The placement of the room was horrible. The room that I stayed in was not a maintenance room and the breakfast room. I can hear every single motion of the meal prep and the breakdown. I can normally ignore outside noises but this was not one of those weekends. I booked for 2 nights. I am a member. I have points. Maybe none of those factors have anything to do with room placement but it was not pleasant. This is not a negative against the brand but that particular room should be sealed shut and no one else book that room. I didn't complain because I am well aware of the option to write a review. Nice hotel. Nice staff. Adequate breakfast. Adequate parking. Thin walls. Thin ceiling or lack of noise reduction. The noise is normally never a issue because it is expected but this stay was different being in that particular room.

    No Hot Water in several rooms according to front desk after we called and texted our concern. Was then further advised Maintenance would not be onsite until after 10:00 AM, which was after the time we planned to check out. Hotel was also sold out, so we could not shower in a different room. NO HOT WATER IS NOT AN OPTION. I left a message with the Manager and did not hear back from her. Generally a fan of Hampton Inns, however this experience was not good.

    Great stay. Room didn't smell funky. Room was cool. Check in desk was quick, polite, and professional. Gym is decent size here. Filtered water in the gym as well. Breakfast in the mornings is nice. The ready to eat cubed up fruit was great.
