- SSShane SuanNov 2, 20255.0Location, Location, Location. Love the easy on/off access to the I-5 Freeway. Also, the abundance of nearby eateries within a 10 minute radius. Since this Hampton Inn is relatively new, the property and rooms still has that fresh look without being outdated. With Digital Key access, I rarely have any interaction with the front desk and the Breakfast Hosts are usually efficient and cordial.

First, the Jacuzzi was broken, and the staff tried to convince us that the pool was “nicer.” When we went into the pool, I stepped directly on feces at the bottom—there were several pieces floating and sitting there. We immediately complained, and only then did they shut the pool down. On top of that, there were no towels available at the pool until much later when they finally brought some. Later that evening, the hallways outside our room began to smell overwhelmingly like marijuana. I called down to the office because I had a child with me, and the smell was so strong we were coughing. Nothing was done about it. At checkout, the hotel was so short-staffed that we had to wait until the person working finished getting their free breakfast before they came back to check us out. Completely unprofessional. The photos of this hotel look nice and it seems quiet, but this was by far the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. Between the broken amenities, unsanitary pool, drug smells, and poor staffing, I would like a full refund for this unacceptable experience.
