Great location and the bar staff was very friendly and helpful. The decor is very elegant and eye catching. I am really glad I decided to stay at this establishment. - RARose Arnold3 days ago1.0Stayed there a few times last couple of months. Breakfast staff is very rude . Just litterly came up to me said hi done ? ? They don't greet any guests. I actually called hilton customer care there very shocked at my experience. They connected me back to the hotel the manager didn't seem to care then when I asked for his name he really got annoyed. Hilton is hope you see this and please tell your staff greet people smile .

I stepped out of the elevator and the carpets on each floor looked like they hadn't been vacuumed since the 1990's. Prior to entering the room there was garbage in front of the door which should have been a clue. The room was very dirty and the windows had beautiful hand prints and face prints all over. I packed up the family and got a different hotel.

Adults should be able to use it 24 hr. There is no reason not too. It's not like you have a life guard on duty ... The food in the morning was good there was a lot to check out
