    The room was quite clean; however, the bathroom was small, and it was somewhat inconvenient to place the towels outside the shower area. The hotel itself is lovely, with beautiful scenery around the lake. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming.

    Nothing like the photos and absolutely filthy property. We checked in, walked to our room and had to leave immediately. The hotel has a smell throughout and the room had furniture was falling apart to the point the management used old blankets to cover the damage.

    My stay was for about a week. I found the room to be quiet (even though it was right behind an ice maker I could barely hear it) very clean had everything you need, friendly staff, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, seperate living area with sofa, chair, three tables. Special thanks to Christi Bryan (Director of Rooms) for the help switching me to a different room. They had accidentally put me in a room that hadn't received the furniture for the living area yet and the thermostat wasn't working. She came right away to check it out and had me in a new room within about 15 minutes. Nothings perfect but when something goes wrong that's when you find out how much they care and Christi Bryan lived up to the five star rating I gave this Doubletree location. Thanks again Christi.
