- APApril Paniagua4 days ago3.0Pros: the room was nice overall and the staff were helpful and friendly. The fireplace, patio, kitchenette, water pressure were realky nice. The bed was very comfortable and when things remained quiet I slept well. I also appreciated the extra bar on the sliding glass door for security. Cons: I wish I didn't have any of these but I DO NOT recommend staying on the bottom floor, especially not in room 106. It was so loud morning, noon, and night. The pool, elevator, entrance door, staff room, were all right outside this room. The noise times were not followed. Not even by staff who yelled across the hall to one another while getting ready for the day, super loud heels on the tile floor at 10pm. So much action and noise constantly. I wore my ear plugs during the day most of the time and I wasn't able to relax and take a nap. The room was pretty clean overall besides the first towel I went to use had blue stuff on it and there was also a piece of glass and clump of hair in the corner by the bath tub on the floor. I would stay here again on the top floor ocean view instead and I would try to request a more quiet location. The view from the ground level was not ocean view but ocean front. You could see sand and grass from this room, not ocean, keep that in mind.

BBB will be notified. I paid for a peaceful quiet stay & the rude desk staff could not even change the smoke alarm batteries af 7am shift change it was done after 9 am by a short man who gave me the creeps

The walls were a bit thin in our room with an adjoining door to someone else’s room. We could hear them and their dog. The lady at the front desk checking us in was very nice and friendly.
