    Is close to the airport and parking was free. Staff is awesome and let me.check in early. Room was noisy from outside road and airport noise. 24/7 coffee was awesome!

    A god example of trying to “modern” than actually being functional. Rooms are tiny with nowhere to put your clothes and a kid desk to try and work on as an adult! It’s an okay hotel for an overnight near the airport but definitely not a 3 day business trip like I am on. Definitely won’t stay here for more than 1 night for business.

    Needed a quick overnight stay for an early morning flight. This was probably the tiniest room I’ve ever slept in but it served my purpose. It was very efficient.

    We have stayed at many Hilton properties and loved them. This one has been the only property that we have not enjoyed. First, checking in on 10/4 (~9pm) the two girls at the front desk were pretty unprofessional. The girl helping us had her phone propped up on a bottle and was FaceTiming while guests were checking in. As we are checking in she kept getting other FaceTime calls that she had to keep rejecting because her phone was ringing. Also, they were eating little Caesars pizza (totally fine), but they decided the best place to keep the pizza box was on top of the front desk? That just didn’t make sense to me, why not just keep it behind the desk. The morning of 10/5 at 6am. The lady working the front desk, headphones in and on her phone, was very rude. The pancake machine was not working. I asked her very nicely how we can get it working. Me, my husband, and others were struggling trying to make it work for a while with no help. She responded “you get them” in a very rude and annoyed way. I told her it’s not working. She then got up, very annoyed, and did something to the machine and it lit up. I asked “oh is it working now?” in a cheerful and positive manner. She shouted in response, once again a super rude and annoyed, “YES!”. Just unprofessional and bad customer service at the front desk. Which is unfortunate as this is the very first thing customers encounter when entering the hotel.
