- LLLori4 days ago1.0Worst experience EVER and I travel a lot. I booked this hotel for its proximity to the airport and complimentary airport shuttle as I was only staying less than 12 hours. Despite calling ahead to confirm the shuttle schedule, I was left stranded at the airport at almost 11pm because the driver went home early. Once I finally got to my room, it was impossible to get a good night's rest as the AC unit was loudly blowing or making noise all night, even after I turned it off. The next morning, the am shuttle driver didn't look at me or say a SINGLE WORD. I wasn't even completely sure it was the right shuttle until the front desk confirmed. He just opened the doors so I could put my own suitcase in the back and board across the parking lot. I don't care about carrying my own suitcase, I've just never experienced such rude service. Same at the airport, just opened the back door. As another elderly lady got on, I saw that she also had to lift her own suitcase into the van. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. There are so many hotels to choose from near the airport, any one of them are surely better than this place.

The driver called at 5:10 am saying he was going to show up late at 5:20 am , forcing me to pay for a $20 Lyft to the airport. I asked the manager at the front desk if there was any way I could get my ride reimbursed since I had to get a Lyft due to their driver being late. The answer was no. If you need an early shuttle service in the future, I hope the driver shows up on time.
