Since 6:30 AM this toddler has been running nonstop across the room like a football field. When I asked yesterday if this was a quiet room or have anyone preventing me from that the answer shouldn't have been yes. Here are video footages. Listen carefully for the jumping off the furnitures and sprinting across back and forth the room. This is absolutely the worst Hilton hotel I've been in during this trip and as a Gold member I am deeply disappointed. When I reached out multiple times to the staff all they can do is "extend for late checkout". How can you sleep through something like this when your windows and ceilings are shaking whenever the toddler jumps off furniture's or sprints nonstop? I can hear it through my earplugs. Hotel's response was not helpful as the told me I can move to different room. I am not loving my 10+ bags in the middle of my sleep. And since it's past quiet hours (situation took place 6:30- past 9am), there's not much they can do.

Choosing to host my daughter’s party here was the best decision; they made the entire process seamless. They were flexible with seating arrangements and provided ample time for setup beforehand, as well as on the day of the event. Everyone was in awe of the hotel’s appearance. The team was exceptionally attentive, with their warm smiles and welcoming attitudes making us feel completely at ease.
