  Extremely disappointing experience. I’ve never dealt with a hotel that was this unwilling to help a customer in an obvious good‑faith situation. A reservation was made on my phone without my authorization, and I contacted the hotel within 30 minutes of the charge to explain the situation. Despite this, they refused to cancel or refund, even though the booking was prepaid and no services had been used. What made it worse was the inconsistent information: when I originally called, I was told that if Expedia approved a refund, the hotel would honor it. Expedia reached out to them multiple times and confirmed they were willing to refund, but the hotel suddenly reversed their position and refused to cooperate. Every explanation I gave was met with dismissal, and none of the details were actually listened to or taken seriously. Communication was frustrating and unprofessional. Instead of helping resolve an obvious mistake, the hotel chose to stick rigidly to policy, even in a situation where no stay occurred, the booking was unauthorized, and the travel conditions were unsafe due to weather. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who expects honesty, consistency, or even basic customer service. There are many hotels that treat guests with fairness and understanding — unfortunately, this was not one of them.

  My daughter and I came to visit the area for the first time. We love Hilton Hotels and chose this location because it was centrally located, new and very reasonable. All staff members were super friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was better than expected; Lilia kept everything stocked and cleaned. They have this cute pancake maker that reminds me of an easy bake oven - you can watch the pancakes being cooked and they were really tasty. The decor was really cute as well. We really loved everything about it! We were at the airport headed home when a staff member called us to tell us that they found a pair of AirPods in our room!!! They offered to send them to us and they mailed them to us that day! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

  This hotel is UNSAFE! Bed Bugs and Lice Agents crawling around EVERYWHERE. Stay far far away.

  We stayed for 2 nights and really enjoyed our time here. The location is super convenient not too far from Portland and close to Walmart, Target, and plenty of restaurants. The area is quiet but cozy. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was great really loved the cool pancake machine!The hotel also has a laundry room and a fitness area, which made our stay even more comfortable. Would highly recommend staying here!

  Such an icky vibe checking in with a male staff, who unfortunately I think may have been in a management role. As a solo female traveler checking in, he treated me in a belittling way. When telling me about the car pass I needed to put on my car, he treated me like a five year old - it was belittling but also creepy. If I was a man checking in by myself, I feel like I would have just been treated like a human being.
