- CJCynthia J3 days ago2.0There was no staff at reception to answer the phone and take my complaint; I had to go to reception. It was impossible to rest or sleep. We had to pay extra to check out at 5 pm. There were two hockey teams making too much noise; the hotel hadn't organized them to stay on the same floors, which was annoying for guests to have to listen to. The breakfast had too many carbohydrates.
- BSbrooklynn sabourinJan 4, 20263.0The room was clean and the staff was attentive when I asked for new towels and such. The only problem that I had was where my room was located. I stayed in room 102 which is right by the desk and breakfast eating area. In the middle of the night I was woken up several times over three days because I could hear the staff talking and laughing rather loudly. Each night we would bring this up but nothing changed. I did appreciate however that when I went out and asked them to be quiet, I did not have a problem after that during the night. With that being said, we had a dog with us and they were very pet friendly.

- RBrichard benedictDec 11, 20253.0New facility and staff were very helpful. Came back from our meeting with strong smell of Marijuana in front entrance. It pentrated to our room halfway down the hall. Fortunately our room had minimal orders. Told front desk staff in morning. Only occurred one night of our stay, will most likely never go back. Our King Room was very tight, compared to other hotels, but ed was comfortable and everything was very clean. Nice roomy shower... but shower temperature was only warm. Nice to have free continental breakfast in am (even though limited choice, it suited us fine). Surprised room cleanup only alternated days. But, towels were replaced daily on request.
