Rented a room for 1 night, I work in the cannabis industry and travel/rent hotels often, this particular hotel had the audacity to call me and charge me after I checked out because the room supposedly is not rentable anymore due to it smelling like cannabis and they accused me of smoking in it. I told them to check over their cameras to clearly see me going outside to smoke and that it might smell because I rolled in the room, they confirmed to witness this and agreed that I did not combust in the room but now insist on falsely charging me an extra $150 dollars for cleaning, due to the smell. This is not just and nowhere stated in their policy that I cannot have cannabis with me. Stay away from this, cannot recommend enough to not book here. *Update* They ended up charging me $565 extra instead of the $150 mentioned, when I called to ask for the breakdown of the charge the person at the desk replied "thats for the review", then added in "Liar" and hung up on me. Picture of charge for reference as I keep getting accused of lying.

Our hockey team stayed here for a tournament. We booked for 2 nights.
Overall, it was a fantastic stay. The highlights were:
* The pool
* big open lobby
* hospitality suite
* really good breakfast
* helpful and friendly staff
* large, clean rooms
* location - 4 min drive to the arena, across the street from all the restaurants and stores you could need
The only downside was that it really dry in the rooms.
I'd highly recommend it. Thanks to Prem, Harleen and the rest of the staff for making it a really good weekend.

Hotel opened recently and was pretty immaculate. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment - anything you would need to make a family meal (we made sandwiches so didn't need to request a stove).... Really impressed. I hope that future guests don't steal everything!
Desk set up was great for working - good sockets, very comfortable desk chair, and good work light. Good Internet speed.
Pullout table for eating at too.
Comfortable beds and bedding. Great to have a sitting area with curtain to separate from beds. Lots of storage, lots of electrical sockets in convenient locations for charging devices.
Good blackout blinds.
Bathroom had nightlight. Very clean. Good toiletries.
Swimming pool very clean. Lovely outdoor space and enough loungers and tables. They never ran out of towels despite there being several hockey teams at the hotel!!
Excellent equipment in the gym.
All day coffee was lovely too have. Would have been great to have milk and cream (not coffee mate).
Breakfast was well stocked, not bad. Good choices.
Walkable to restaurants and other amenities. Also very close to the rink we were playing at. Staff were patient with the kids especially considering the levels of excitement.
An excellent stay.

I stayed at the Hilton in Woodstock, Ontario (Confirmation #87081154) and was shocked by the way I was treated regarding my service animal. I was charged a pet fee, even though Hilton’s own policy clearly states that service animals are exempt from pet fees and pet restrictions. This is not just against Hilton policy — it’s a direct violation of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), which requires equal access and prohibits discrimination against individuals with disabilities who rely on service animals.
The management’s handling of this issue showed a serious lack of understanding and compassion. It was discriminatory and deeply disappointing. For a major brand like Hilton, this level of ignorance toward accessibility rights is unacceptable.
On top of that, the check-in process was disorganized, my digital key didn’t work, and the HVAC system malfunctioned, with staff unable to explain or resolve the issue.
I’ve been a Hilton Diamond member for years, but this experience has made me seriously reconsider my loyalty to the brand. I’m asking Hilton corporate to investigate this property, refund the service-animal fee immediately, and retrain staff on AODA compliance and Hilton’s own accessibility policy.
