Be warned - we booked a two bed suite for our family of four. They called us literally 24 hours before to say they are housing university students and are canceling our reservation. Be aware the hotel is essentially a dorm now.
They offered a room with one bed and 20% off instead which is completely unreasonable . Do not rely on this hotel.

We had a very poor experience. We were traveling for a wedding (booked the room months in advance), and at 2PM of our check in date we were informed that our room was overbook (by email) and/or there was a maintenance issue (by phone). Not only did the messaging conflict, but the solution was to downgrade our room to a studio, which didn't work for us due to traveling with children. We ended up staying at a different hotel.

Title: Comfortable rooms but serious ventilation issues
We stayed at this hotel recently and overall it’s clear that the building has been renovated — everything inside looks new, clean, and modern. The rooms are comfortable, the beds and extra beds are cozy and in good condition. Housekeeping does a great job and the staff are always friendly and polite.
However, there are a few major drawbacks. There is a strong synthetic smell in the hallways on every floor, probably coming from the carpet or wallpaper, although fortunately it’s not noticeable inside the rooms. On the first floor the smell of chlorine from the pool is extremely strong — it spreads across the entire level.
The biggest issue for us was that the windows in the rooms do not open. The air feels stuffy and the AC units are so noisy that it’s impossible to sleep, for both adults and children. It literally feels like being inside a sealed jar. Some guests on our floor even kept their doors open at night just to let in some fresh air.
Our room had a kitchenette, but there were almost no dishes, so it was impossible to cook or even reheat anything. There were no writing supplies in the room (no pen, no notepad), and there was no shower gel provided.
Another inconvenience — the door locks make a very loud metal noise when closing. Since the handles can’t be pressed from the outside, it’s impossible to close the door quietly, and at night you constantly hear banging from other rooms.
Breakfast was fine, but the staff didn’t always keep up with refilling items like yogurt or sausages — we had to ask a few times. Also, the staff uniform looked like tight gym wear, which felt a bit out of place for a breakfast area.
The room lighting is quite dim, even with all the lights turned on. The large TV doesn’t support smart functions, so you can’t stream movies from your phone, only through HDMI and a laptop. For four guests there were only two chairs and a sofa — an extra chair would have been useful.
Overall, the hotel itself is nice and has potential, but the fact that windows don’t open makes the stay extremely uncomfortable. This single issue overshadows all the positive aspects. I hope management considers improving the ventilation system or allowing guests to open the windows — it would make a huge difference.
