Very polite and helpful with anything addressed from our kids and ourselves. The servers at the Bar were promt and courteous. - SMS MJan 1, 20261.0Truly some of the worst front staff I’ve ever come across. Since walking in the doors, my daughter and I both felt like we were a burden on the clerks as they didn’t even say anything to us until I said hi. When it came to an issue I had with my Hilton account, there was no “let me help you” but rather “I’m not sure what you want me to do” attitude until finally a supervisor was able to assist. Extremely cold, rude, and not helpful at all, especially the man working the evening shift - it’s questionable if the staff at this hotel have ever worked in customer service once in their entire lives. Besides the awful experience with the team, the rooms did not provide ANY type of sound proofing, the front entrance was small and not clean, and the pool lacked supplies such as towels even when others who were swimming told staff about it multiple times. Disappointing for a hotel under the Hilton name. If traveling to St. Jacobs, stay at any of the other hotels on the strip.

He just shook his head in complete disrespect and ignorance. You don't know how to be respectful, but you should know how to talk.
