  One of the worst hotel experiences . I was planning to stay here for 3 days cause I had very important work to do and didn’t wanna worry about anything. I was placed in a room next to a family with a little child who cried all day Early morning next room started banging on the wall. The floor was in renovation , dust and dirt every day Most importantly my room was NEVER cleaned… 3 days without service I have never seen anything like that before , very disappointing

  I had a confirmed reservation through Booking.com and arrived at the hotel around 3 a.m. expecting a normal check-in. Instead, the employee working the front desk, who said he was the manager, refused to let me check in. He claimed there was a problem with the machine, but instead of trying to solve the issue or verify my reservation, he simply would not allow me inside. Even though I had all the confirmation details for my reservation, the situation escalated unnecessarily. Rather than helping a guest who had already paid and traveled late at night, the staff called the police on me. Being left outside a hotel in the middle of the night with a valid reservation and then having the police called is extremely unacceptable. This was a very frustrating and stressful experience. A hotel should prioritize helping guests, especially at 3 a.m. when people are tired and just need a place to rest. I expected basic professionalism and assistance, but unfortunately received the opposite.

  I was honestly pretty disappointed. When we first arrived, there was leftover rotten food in our drawers. When we called the front desk about it, they sent us trash bags and made us clean it ourselves! There was a blood stain on one of the bed sheets so I didn’t know if the blankets were even washed before we came. Next, we were disturbed in the morning because some repairman had to come in and fix our sink? You couldn’t have had someone come while the room was vacant? We’re a group of young women and you’re sending a man in alone? We were in a foreign country, that was extremely uncomfortable. Then, we were informed that the water would be shut off for a few hours starting at 3pm. Then, at noon, they shut it off with zero warning. We couldn’t shower, brush our teeth or get ready. How can you even charge guests full price for a room without any running water?! They didn’t offer any discount or compensation. So no, I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone. For the future, if you’re going to inconvenience guests like this. Maybe you should at least have a continental breakfast instead of charging them for it in the lounge. Reply to owner: nope this was literally two days ago! This is the correct property and I got this link directly from the email sent to me after my stay. The water was shut off for a few hours on Saturday and Friday! I called the front desk RIGHT AFTER I arrived stating there was rotten food in the drawers! That should be your complaint right there! If your employees are not filing them that’s on you guys not me! Denying and not taking accountability makes your hotel look even worse just saying! I stayed in room 612 Friday-Saturday.

  Rooms are good. There were renovations going on while we were there but I was never inconvenienced. They also have some kitchenettes for longer stays. Hotel also has a restaurant. It is only a block from the streetcar which you can take to the subway

  Worst place to go. I was gifted a night at this hotel and decided to extend it to 2 nights.I woke up the first night and a bug on my sweater the felt on the carpet during the night ,so went to front desk to complain.They just vacuumed. Second morning my ankle was so ichy but we left the same morning. I complaint by phone and got alled back from the manager saying that they checked the room with ultra violet lights and didn't find nothing.Why didn't they do it the same morning I complained?It's easy now that I left.Worse hotel I ever been
