- TTToasted ToeNov 16, 20251.0Where do i even begin, the ice maker kept beeping and didn’t work, it was falling apart and the lights were hanging from the roof, the wallpaper was ripped off. moldy (i have pictures) and everything was falling apart, there were BED BUGS in room 408, people left early and stuff was contaminated and ruined the trip, the restaurant beef sandwiches were terrible meat, terrible food, the hot tub wasn’t even opened, and the pool was actually the only good part, staff was really slow and not the nicest, except for 1 man walking around on night shift, i loved him and he was super respectful. hotel location was close to stuff, allowed door-dash, and the location was great but the rooms were awful, door was cheaply fixed, lights were dim, floors dirty, wallpaper dirty. The gym looked ok until i tried the machines to find that nothing worked at all and you can’t do a proper workout. staff were also not nice about using the computers what so ever, as i was hoping to print something i needed. i would not recommend going here. not worth the money
- AAAlyennaNov 7, 20251.0We stayed here for one night. I wasn’t happy with it. There was mold along the sink, the bathtub. It looked like they had put stickers on the light switches so they were sticky and dirty. The mattress was very uncomfortable and uneven. It wasn’t cheap either.

All except one of the front desk women and one of the overnight desk men. They took my credit card for a deposit, and would not give me a receipt showing the deposit being put back onto my account. When pressed the man gave me a blank print out of a receipt and would not allow me to take a picture of the screen showing they are refunding my account. Super sketchy. I don't trust them one bit. Is it not a law to provide receipts for these types of transactions? I will be pursuing this further. The room had a burnt out light bulb, a man's name on the tv welcoming him, what that was scary for a single woman staying alone, the bathtub would not drain, there was hair over the floor and bathtub too. Food crumbs under the bed and it was extremely uncomfortable. If you have a choice do not stay here. The fridge is wobbly, it needs a window that opens. By the end of my stay I couldn't breathe in the room anymore. It was very very stuffy. The bedspread had a hole in it too. Basically not a pleasant experience. But I do not fault the staff at all, they are kind except for the woman who checked me in and the man who checked me out. Super passive aggressive. Stay away from this hotel until they get new management.
