The rooms at Hilton Grand Vacations Club Blue Mountain are cute, cozy, and clean, and the staff we interacted with were friendly. Unfortunately, the biggest issue is noise. The units have significant sound transfer, and there does not appear to be a reasonable quiet policy in place. After returning from skiing, our unit was filled with extremely loud music from a neighbouring suite—it genuinely felt like being inside a club. We could clearly hear every song and lyric. When we asked if anything could be done or if we could be moved, we were told we could only hope the group would leave for the village, and that noise complaints could only be addressed after 11 p.m. While the music stopped before 11, the noise continued with heavy activity, shouting, and a concerning amount of fighting well past that time. Even after calling it in, it took another 30 minutes to resolve. Overall, this was stressful and not the quiet, relaxing birthday weekend we expected. I would not recommend staying here if your celebrating a significant event. If you choose to stay here, I strongly recommend requesting a second-floor unit to minimize noise. Otherwise, be aware that this property may not be suitable if you’re looking for a peaceful stay.

My family and I spent 3 nights at this resort and it’s really been a great stay! It’s located very close to the Blue Mountain village (5-7min walk). The rooms are spacious and comfortable to spend time with family and friends. The staff is very accommodating and welcoming.

The location and the physical lodging were much better than we expected. On the other hand, the ladies at the facility were less than friendly or accommodating. Every request was met immediately with a "no", "due to being at maximum capacity". When I explained that the construction noise from the drills and hammers directly on our rooms was not going to work for us, they suddenly found an amazing room that was empty. The entire 3 days we were there we never saw a single guest aside from each other. When we asked for a 45min late checkout...same answer "we are booked solid so not available to accommodate ". Again we never saw another guest in 72 hours we were there...so we just left at the original time. I have been a Hilton Honors member for decades and appreciate the the quality and details that being part of the Hilton family, this was the first and only "off brand" experience.
