Great hotel bear Blue Mountain, with great staff and clean good looking room... we didn't have any pressure in the shower, but a lot of pressure in the sinks.

Overall, a wonderful place to relax and felt valued the entire time. I cannot say enough about the staff's genuine care towards their guests. The scenery is breathtaking. The grounds are impeccably kept and gorgeous, and a quiet peaceful environment. Rooms are exactly as described and seen on their website, and kept clean. Balconies are huge. And they also have full laundry right in the unit, which I was not aware until my arrival. Didn't think I would need it until I had an accidental spill, so that was handy. And yes, there is a small box of detergent.
Staff ensure any issues are promptly and effectively dealt with - there were a couple items that are not even worth to mention due to resolving in a speedy, efficient, and proper manner. The only thing that was not fixable per se was that the coffee maker does not make/keep the coffee hot as one would expect... Too bad, still the coffee supplied is tasty. I would suggest changing the coffee makers in the units, as it was stated by one staff that it only keeps for a short time. All staff are attentive and do follow ups to make sure guests are happy and all is good during your stay.
100% recommend and would love to return in the future! Thank you so much for the ideal getaway spot that I needed.

I stayed here for a night in mid-September for a golf trip, and was happy with the room and amenities, which were great. The service I received, however, was anything but. I was staying in a building which consisted of four large units, two on the ground floor and two upstairs. The majority, if not all of the resort, seemed to be laid out in a similar fashion, including the building next to mine, which was closed for extensive renovations. There were signs up apologizing for the noise, which I only caught the tail-end of because I arrived fairly late in the afternoon. So far, not a big deal. However, when I woke up in the morning I discovered a nail from the construction site lodged in my front right tire, and a subsequent slow leak. When I brought this to the attention of the woman working the reception desk (whose name unfortunately I forgot to take down) I received nothing but suspicion and apathy. I asked if the hotel would be willing to offer a discount on the price of the room to offset the cost of fixing the tire, at which point she retreated to the back office to call the manager. After a brief call which seemed to consist mostly of loud laughter, she returned to brusquely state that “we don’t offer compensation for that kind of thing” and “there are signs warning about the construction”. When I pointed out that the signs were apologizing for the noise, not warning about stray construction materials or saying “park at own risk”, I got a blank stare and a shrug. I had (perhaps naively) thought that a $400/night room fee might get me a sincere apology at the very least, but this was not the case. In fact, I barely got one at all. It seems that the Hilton chain has gone the way of the rest of the world, i.e. once they have your money, they no longer care about your experience or customer-retention. So for anyone thinking of staying here, PARK AT OWN RISK, and don’t be expecting anything as traditional as customer service.
