Very convenient location in good proximity to shopping and restaurants. Not a fan of carpeting rather than hard surface floors. The beds are comfortable and the linens are white and soft. Also not a fan of sliding bathroom doors that fail to provide adequate sound proofing or secure privacy. The room provides plenty of storage space for longer stays as well as a microwave and small fridge.

My stay was absolutely amazing! They truly care about their guests, we had a wonderful front desk agent Cassandra the 2 nights we were there and she was absolutely amazing and helpful. I forgot personal items and I called down and she had them up to my room within 5 minutes and did a little care bag with water and items I needed! She was so kind, she also made great recommendations when I was looking for food in the area (it was late at night). The cleaning staff and restaurant staff were also so kind and friendly. It was an amazing welcoming stay. Will DEFINITELY be back !

Very clean hotel, great location. Beds were not Hilton standard, felt like I was sleeping on a boxspring with a thin mattress pad. Heat/AC loud. Received a texts asking about my stay, I informed them and crickets no more communication, no response.

I have stayed at this location before because it is an ideal location with Costco/Coras/Five Guys being central, as my kids and I enjoy it. I decided to stay here for a mom night away on Oct 25th, requesting a late checkout because I had been out late at the movie theater behind Costco. I had received both a text message and a phone call assuring me that my late check-out was approved until 2 pm, with a $50 fee - which was no issue - I just live 2 hours away and wanted to be able to sleep in since I didn't have my kids. My hotel room was directly across from the elevators, so I was a bit surprised when my hotel room was opened while I was showering. I did not have the bathroom door closed because I didn't expect anyone to walk in, with the confirmation of late checkout both by phone and text. There was a girl's hockey tournament in the hotel and I'm just grateful that none of the children were waiting for an elevator or they would have seen me naked. When the door started opening I yelled out that I was naked in the shower and needed a towel, within less than 30 seconds they opened the door again and I was barely in my towel. This was at 12PM direclty and I was so freaked out that I ended up packing all my things and checking out at 12:15pm but was still charged the $50. The location is very convenient for us but this experience was extremely traumatic as a SA survivor that struggles with being naked around others. When I expressed to the cleaning manager that I had the confirmation of late checkout, she seemed like she doubted me and expressed that she was the manager and was not told, while I stood in my door in a towel in front of the elevators. Going forward, I will be going back to the Homewood Suites. 3/5 stars for the room layouts because having showers directly in front of the doors is just asking for mistakes like this to happen. Additionally, it would be nice to receive a discount for a lack of a major ammenties (the pool) during maintenance as this was not previously informed upon booking.
