The front desk staffs are very friendly and are great to deal with, but the other services and the hotel it's self is not so great. In the last a few time that I stayed there the parkings and driveways were packed with snow there was no sign of snow removal and maintenance. The airflow/circulation in the rooms and hallways is horrible. You can always smell the last person body odour and other odours from last person in the rooms. Most of the mattress need to be replaced, I've tried different rooms overtime and noticed all the mattress have a big sag in the middle.

I'm surprised we didn't get a noise complaint from just turning in our sleep. The bathroom was OK, except we had NO hot water in the morning, good thing we were heading home. The breakfast was good, but don't be late they start clearing it at 9:59am (closes at 10am) We also got a call at 11:05 that our check out was 11. I guess the one good thing they do is punctuality. Not where I would choose to stay again.

- TCTim CheungNov 10, 20254.0Stayed at this hotel for my cousin's wedding at the Ganaraska Forest Centre. We were able to secure an accessability room that was amazing. King size bed, large bathroom, free breakfast, etc. Room was clean and pristine. The only setback was that room cleaning and hotel cleanliness was lacking because they only come every other day. So we were there 2 days, but didn't have towels and face cloths for the second day. Also the hallways on the second floor were filthy. If they can address this issue, the hotel is a perfect stay for those who are looking for a overnight off the 401 hwy. Please note: everything closes at 9 pm, so make sure you eat before then or else you will be hungry.
