Upon check in went to our room to find out it had not been cleaned! I may add that this was our wedding weekend! Still had dirty towels everywhere, garbage everywhere and beds clearly slept in. Took pictures returned to front desk with proof. Got another room but nothing more! No sorry, no contact from a manager (despite asking to be contacted by a manager) NOTHING! Clearly Hampton is out for bookings and money nothing more! We may have been a small reservation (3 rooms for 2 nights) but to us this was big! The fact no one CHOSE to contact us is fact enough DO NOT BOOK HERE UNLESS YOU ARE GOING FOR CHEAP NOT ACTUAL QUALITY!!!!! 2 weeks later still waiting to hear from the manager

Juanita the manager was very kind and friendly. All the staff were very kind and friendly. The breakfast was standard American, scrambled eggs, pour to make your own waffles. I loved the oatmeal - add raisins, sliced almonds and the mixed fruit (you’d use for waffles) but I added mine to the oatmeal. -Coffee and tea bar anytime you want. -Plenty of parking. -The pillows are super soft and comfortable, filled with down feathers. In need of lunch and dinner? go right next to the hotel that has excellent lunch and dinner with vegetarian options, kid’s menu, and other options as well. The restaurant staff is very friendly! Did not like the sliding doors of my room - maybe because it was an accessible room. Close to the border/bridge and other places nearby. Make sure to plan ahead, and download maps just in case.
