Allan at the desk is a star. If you're lucky enough to meet him you'll see what I mean. Rooms are modern, very comfortable, and well maintained. Highly recommend.

We have stayed at dozens of hotels and never had a problem getting early check in (and paying for it). This place just says "call at noon the day of and we'll see what we can do". I also asked what check in time is, as some guests are being told 3pm, while our reservations say 4pm. I was told "Brand Standard is 4pm - 99.9% of the time we're good to go by 3pm at this property". We are coming from a wedding out of town. The hotel knows the wedding starts at 4pm and we need to be there before that, as they are providing shuttle services. This is absolutely ridiculous. I can see someone else had issues with a wedding booking, so brides beware!
