  This was more like a cross between a motel and hotel. There were only two floors and no elevator, and the rooms on the main floor had sliding glass doors that open to the parking lot. The sign is a little hard to see from the road as well, doesn't look like a hotel sign. Our room and the public areas were clean and well maintained. There was a bit of a cigarette smell in our room on occasion, we think it was coming from people smoking out front. There were also a lot of kids staying in the hotel, we think it was a sports team. They were very loud in the hallways, but quieted down around 12am. The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. The TV was kind of on a weird angle which gave me a bit of a neck ache, but it was the only spot for it due to the layout of the room. The staff were really nice and let us use some disinfectant on our car door after someone tried to open the doors while we were at the mall. Overall we had a nice stay and I would stay here again in the future.

  I recently had to stay a few nights during a very tumultuous time in my life The staff were absolutely incredible, friendly and very understanding. The room was very clean and the TV was perfect for watching the Jays game! The breakfast area was good for what it is (can't argue with good coffee and waffles). All in all a good experience during a difficult time!

  Nice place for a night, not worth the almost $400 we paid for ONE NIGHT. Feel like we were extremely ripped off & now seeing the rooms & going for $100. We booked months out in advance too. Spark was always our budget choice for one night stays but we feel extremely extremely ripped off.

  The room was lovely and the hotel was very clean. Had a couple issues trying to book a room and was charged the wrong price at check-in (was fixed before payment). Was charged wrong on credit card and then refunded. I was sent an email with noreply address and in the email it said if you have further issues please rea h out at phone number below or at email. However there wasn't a phone number or email below and the apology was un-signed. Just didn't feel sincere.

  We just wanted to give this hotel a shout-out! Overall we stayed for a total of three nights. The front desk staff, in particular Vishal and GM David, were great and extremely helpful. The included breakfast was a pleasant surprise! All the support staff we encountered were a delight! The rooms were clean and quite roomy.
