Start your day with a complimentary hot buffet breakfast in our Lodge and join us during our Wednesday evening social, 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm. The breakfast is consistently good with a nice variety each morning. I also appreciate the little touches—like the swag bag at check-in and the occasional freshly baked cookie. The staff are always pleasant, welcoming, and very accommodating. One thing I love is that this is one of the rare hotels that actually cleans the rooms properly. Everything feels fresh and well maintained. My only minor concern is the bathtub—it has a permanent dirt ring that makes it look like it’s not fully cleaned, even though the rest of the bathroom is spotless. Overall, I really don’t have any complaints. The facilities are excellent, a good size, and never crowded. It’s always a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend this location.

- RSRaad SabihOct 14, 20253.0- Upon checking in, on 06 October 025, despite the fact that the full amount for our stay was paid, the front office employee insisted that it not, i showed her receipt of the payment that i did but in vain ....As a result, and after 12 hours of flying I had not will to argue, this seriously affected my expenditure plans next day morning they realised their mistake, till date it’s not credited back. The funny part, as a compensation of charging CAD 2,800 they gave us (2) potato crisps, (2) soft drinks, (2) cookies - second incident; upon packing prior to checking out, we noticed that 2 garment pieces from my mother’s cabinet were missing, we informed the front desk and full Danyle was the answer. Though its value exceeds USD 400 but the main core sentimental value it was a gift by my late Dad to her…..💔💔💔 As a conclusion it was a bad and disappointing experience with a reputable chain of hotels
