Only complaint would be that the elliptical machines in the gym really need to be replaced, the tracks are worn and rusting out. Otherwise, great value in this hotel given the sky high prices in the region.

We accidentally selected the same day (Oct 31) as the check-in date. We immediately noticed the mistake and called Holiday inn and booking.com to correct the booking. Booking.com contacted you front desk and was told she would like to refund us but has no authorization. She asked we call back next day 9am to talk to the manager. The next day, response changed. We were told they have been held the two rooms for us for the whole night and refused to refund me any cent. Both Myself and booking.com called the front desk on the previous night! They always kicked the ball to booking.com on cancellation policy. Booking.com was trying to help me and gave you a call immidiately after we reported the issue. Booking.com has recorded all the notes on this case if you want the proof. I wish I saw the review that was posted one week ago on the warning " BE CAREFUL if you may have to cancel and want a refund ".

The only thing I wish is the room would have had a bathtub and shower instead of a stand in shower only. The morning breakfast great for a 3 star hotel. It was a small buffet style with 3 hot foods. Plus pancakes, bagels, toast, yogurt, cereal and a few other things. The hotel does have a small pool and exercise room. We did use the pool, it was clean, well up kept, shower, stocked with towels and soap. The location is good for Toronto easy access to the 400. But if you need to go somewhere you're driving. Overall great experience.
