During a 10 night stay, I experienced a severe case of bed bugs that left me with 15 bites on my face, several bites on my neck, arms and hands. When bringing this up at the front desk I did not receive any apology, and after their reimbursement of two one-night stays, I tried calling, to which they refused to answer the phone, stating that they had already given me all they can offer. After the incredible inconvenience of this situation, not to mention the anxiety it has caused, I am extremely disappointed with their lack of initiative in helping their customers or at the very least, having the decency to pick up their phone and apologize.
