  We had a lovely stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton in Ottawa during a recent business trip. Check-in was quick and easy, and the hotel itself is clean, modern, and very well maintained. The common areas are spacious and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of seating and lots of convenient places to plug in phones and laptops; perfect for working or unwinding. Breakfast was what you’d expect from a Hampton Inn: simple, fresh, and more than satisfying to start the day. We also appreciated the small on-site store, which was great for grabbing snacks or any forgotten essentials. Our room was spacious, clean, and well appointed. The bed was extremely comfortable, making it easy to get a great night’s sleep. The bathroom was another highlight; the shower had hot water and excellent pressure. Having a coffee maker, microwave, and small fridge in the room was a nice bonus and very convenient for a business stay. Overall, we were very happy with our experience and would absolutely return and recommend this hotel.

  Mauvaise experience pour 2 nuités passées. Propreté: mauvaise odeur de jeune d'oeuf dès l'entrée de l'hotel, sortant de l'espace restaurant allant vers le corridor... des traces d'eau salée st du gravier tout au long du corridor. après le check in on monte pour aller à la chambre ...une autre mauvaise surprise... très mauvaise odeur du tapis couvrant le plancher du corridor de l'etage. En entrant la chambre: odeur d'humidité et mauvaise odeur du tapis couvrant le plancher de la chambre... des taches et de la poussiere sur plusieurs endroits! Après discussion avec l'agente, elle a accepté de nous changer de chambre:( c'etait la seule possibilité selon elle. Il y avait une mauvaise odeur venant du tapis mais moins forte que la premiere chambre. Aucun service de nettoyage durant le sejour ou changement de draps ou de serviettes. !!! Beaucoup de bruit provenant de l'etage superieur.tres mauvise insonorisation. Les matelas ne sont pas confortables. Pour le petit dejeuner... acceptable en terme de produits présentés à part les omelettes qui contiennent du supposé fromage goutant la graisse porc . La vaisselle et les ustensiles 100%jettables bas de gamme ... aucun souci pour l'environnement.. aucun souci pour les clients hebergés ... Personnel: ils sont gentils et à l'ecoute Point positif: salle de sport et piscine chauffée, selon l'apparence elles sont bien entretenues. Il merite max 2 etoiles

  We stayed at different Hampton Inn locations and it always been a great experience. Great staff. Good breakfast.

  Expected More from a Hilton I expected more from a Hilton property. The room was very average, although clean. The shower felt like it dated back to the Stone Age—so much water leaked from the showerhead that very little actually reached me. There was no dishware available anywhere in the hotel, only cardboard cups and utensils, which was disappointing. There was no restaurant on-site, but breakfast was provided. On the positive side, the in-room coffee was excellent. Carpet was everywhere, which helps reduce noise but isn’t great for allergies. Finally, the towels were so small that I had to use two just to dry off.
