- PGPaul GriffinJan 1, 20264.0The hotel was nice, the rooms are nice, everything about the room is nice until you go to sleep at night and they have the weakest and worst pillows in the hotel industry. I thought it was just us, but we had six groups and six rooms and everybody had the same complaint in the morning.
- BWBuzz WebbJan 1, 20262.0Rooms are decent. Only because it’s new. Water doesn’t get hot enough, can’t cool the rooms, too hot during the night. The pillows are the worst pillows I’ve ever used. I had to go buy a pillow during my stay, that’s how bad they are.
- ZAZane ADec 26, 20255.0A decent Christmas stay. The continental breakfast was delicious and well stocked, the rooms were clean and well maintained. Bed was a little stiff but, eh that’s par for the course for any hotel. The real MVP of the stay was Lucky who provided me with his own phone charger so I could charge my phone after realizing I got in and I had forgotten it at home. Incidentally if anyone from head office is reading you should consider adding lightning and usb-c cables to the little shop with essentials.

The breakfast is amazing. After checking out we got stuck in the parking lot. Not expecting that much snow. She came out with a shovel salt and even helped push our vehicle. I didn't expect her to push but let me say this to Corporate. If you have ANY courses/programs about/for customer service.... SHE'S THE ONE WHO SHOULD BE TEACHING THE COURSE!!!
- TETammy ElliottDec 9, 20255.0Just back from a stay at the hotel. The hotel had all the quality amenities we’ve come to expect from a Hampton. What made this hotel stand out is the small town feel. You could tell it truly mattered to the front desk employees that we enjoyed our stay. The lady who runs the morning breakfast is a sweetheart. Even the cleaning staff were sweet and kind. We gathered in Orangeville for our a family event and our stay at the hotel was the icing on the cake.
