We went downstairs to reception to make a complaint and find a solution (offered to move at 11pm) and the hotel staff left us to deal with the coach making the situation extremely uncomfortable. We ended up leaving by 6am to drive 7 hours back home with literally no sleep. The GM said he could compensate us 100$. Thanks for making our trip to attend a funeral a double nightmare. Complaints on Expedia for the same thing. Go figure.

The only down side is that they lack walkable shopping and lack of places for lunch or dinner and no bars nearby Hence I would stock up your fridge with drinks and snack before checking in!
