  I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and professional. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the front desk team went out of their way to accommodate our requests, including a room with a beautiful view. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and tastefully decorated with modern amenities. The bed was exceptionally comfortable—easily one of the best I’ve slept in while traveling—and the bathroom was luxurious with high-quality toiletries and a powerful rain shower. Housekeeping did an outstanding job every day, always replenishing towels and amenities without disturbing us. The hotel facilities were top-notch. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and gym, both well-maintained and never overcrowded. Breakfast in the restaurant was a highlight—fresh, varied, and delicious, with plenty of options for different dietary preferences. The on-site dining options for dinner were equally impressive, with attentive service and flavorful dishes. What truly set this hotel apart was the genuine warmth and attentiveness of the entire team. Every staff member we encountered, from concierge to housekeeping, greeted us with smiles and was ready to help with recommendations or any small request. Their thoughtful service made our trip feel special and stress-free. Overall, this was a flawless stay in a fantastic location with excellent value. We will definitely return on our next visit to the city. Thank you to the whole team for an unforgettable experience! Five stars!

  The beauty of this spot is it's simplicity. Nothing fancy but thoroughly practical, reasonable priced, clean and the breakfast is so much better than every similar hotel I've visited recently. Great job folks

  Great service and very clean and comfortable. Bagel bar breakfast was fresh and well maintained by the attendant who made sure everything was replenished and tidied. Front desk staff were both efficient and pleasant and I also enjoyed the pool area which was clean and quiet.

  A simple and inexpensive hotel option if you’re staying near Markham for the fantastic food options. Although the exterior may not look like much, the rooms are clean, the breakfast feels fresh and all the basic amenities are available. There is also a small swimming pool in lieu of a gym if that’s more your speed. The highlight is the location, it is right next to Costco if you want to load up on bottled water for your trip, and walkable distances to Tim Hortons and various other high quality cafes nearby. Short drive to tons of restaurants around the area as well. Service was good, check in was fast and smooth, parking lot has plenty of space. There are some downsides, the shower is tub based and clearly aging so prone to clogs. The walls are rather thin, you can hear your neighbors fairly easily whether they like it or not. No major complaints from us though, these are rather minor issues. For the price, you cannot ask for more.
