Really unfortunate the service we’ve received and the rooms have been dirty. We asked for robes and they could only offer 2, and having a room that isn’t even vacuumed or cleaned is just super disappointing for a Hilton hotel. We found a white substance and we struggle to believe the “it’s detergent” excuse. Very disappointing

I stayed at the hotel on November 11–12 for a company interview. I arrived for check-in around 2:40 PM on November 11, and the staff member who assisted me was a woman named Grace, who appeared to be slightly older and had dark hair. I explained multiple times that the charges needed to be processed using the virtual payment card provided by my company. However, Grace insisted that a physical card was required. I assumed this was only for the deposit and provided my personal card. Later, I found out that the full room charge had been billed to my personal credit card. The issue was not only the incorrect payment. Throughout the interaction, Grace barely made eye contact, interrupted me several times while I was speaking, and gave me the impression that she was not making any effort to understand what I was explaining. This resulted in a very uncomfortable and dismissive experience during check-in. In contrast, the younger dark-haired woman who assisted me with checkout around 12 PM on November 12 was extremely polite and professional. The stark difference between the two interactions made it clear that the negative experience at check-in was not a simple misunderstanding. This payment error has also created complications with my company’s reimbursement process. In the worst case, it may appear as though I did not follow company guidelines or acted unprofessionally—even though I clearly explained the required payment method during check-in. It is very disappointing that this situation occurred despite my attempts to communicate everything properly. While the checkout experience was positive, the inappropriate service during check-in and the incorrect payment handling left a very negative overall impression. I hope the hotel will review this situation to improve consistency in guest service and ensure proper payment procedures are followed.

The room is nice and clean, very roomy, and the bathroom is not bad at all. The only thing I did not like is the sound of the blower/heater in the bedroom, it's kind of loud.
