    Made a reservation for my mother sister and one child. When booking clearly says breakfast included. Was denied. Room was supposed to be two queen size beds but were only doubles. Staff was polite I was told but they didn’t do anything to accommodate the miss information. We won’t be staying here again.

    Arrived at hotel and was told at the front desk of closures at the restaurant part of the reason for booking here was the availability of an on site restaurant First and second night at the hotel were fine, by the third night the hallways were filthy, kids running and screaming through the hall which staff dealt with at around 11:30 pm. At around 3 am the fire alarm went off was reset and went off again I left about 6 am and received my receipt via email where the hotel had double charged me a pet fee, which was rectified by phoning the hotel. This is by no means a 4 star hotel and I doubt that I will stay at any Hilton properties in the future

    Very pleased with our experience! The staff were very kind and very hard working.. Regularly & properly cleaned building and amenities.. This hotel exceeded our already high expectations in every aspect. Only wish the room had a microwave.. but given all the options within the hotel like the helpful kitchen & restaurant, Starbucks and more. This is a fantastic choice. Thanks again.

    The room was okay… no complimentary waters, and the heating fan was loud. Definitely needs some maintenance. The guy making our Starbucks order had no clue was he was doing, didn’t even stir our drinks so all coffee stayed on the top. The staff was good, accommodating. Wouldn’t recommend this place for a long stay. 1 night would be fine.

    EDIT TO RESPONSE - “audio recording” was never showed to us , despite multiple requests to hear it. There were many many other people around us it could have possibly been. For it to get pushed and blamed onto us is so beyond unprofessional. Warning to anybody coming here, DON’T. Unjustified Charges, Poor Management, and Unprofessional Handling Check-in and check-out were smooth, — which is why it was shocking to receive an invoice afterward that included a noise complaint fee and a damage fee. When I called the hotel, I was told they had received “many noise complaints” and that there were multiple attempts to reach us. This is simply not true. We received one phone call, which we answered, and there were no knocks on our door at any point - yet the blame was placed on us without any proof. Even more concerning, the damage fee was completely unfounded. There was no damage to the room whatsoever. A staff member even acknowledged this on the phone and said the fee would be waived and the invoice corrected — but the revised invoice still included the charge. Charging guests without evidence, contradicting your own staff, and failing to correct obvious billing errors is extremely unprofessional. I have never experienced this level of poor management at a Hilton before. This situation has been escalated to corporate, and I would strongly caution future guests to carefully review their final invoice before leaving.
