Got a visit from 3 officers to our room for a wellness check .
Apparently having the kids in the room been quiet and keeping to ourselves is bad???
Not running around knocking on doors and throwing food in the halls.
The irresponsible hockey parents boozing it up in the hallway was OK ?
I think some rules need to be placed on some kids "parents " who clearly need to be visited by social services for there own bad behaviour.
They were running in the hall till 130 am! no wonder they lost the tournament.
Don't judge us for minding our business.
Very disappointed I the security measures at this hotel ,we won't be returning.
I'd like our money back actually . @ 200 a night with no pool for the kids to enjoy .
Lack of maintenance and clearly no care for the OTHER guests in the hotel should be addressed.
Not by retaliation of hockey players Karen mothers..
Freedom of information should tell us what your concern was.
Absolutely pissed.off guest .
Do better Hilton .
Even the police were surprised you let it go till 1:30am.
Only then we complained cause our kids couldn't Sleep.
Next time I'll be the one calling the cops .

As a parent of 4 kids in Travel sports, I have had my share of hotels. It's Jan 9th, and this is my second hotel this year. I have never in my life experienced being treated so incredibly poorly before this hotel. We have been scammed, upcharged, lied to and swindled at every turn.
I plan on leaving a poor review of this hotel at every possible platform I can because this place should honestly be audited, inspected and if Hilton is the mother company, I highly recommend they step in and take a look at this truly horrifically run hotel.
All in all, I paid $517 for a 1 night stay, and had to get our coaches involved to even pay that, as they tried to charge me $603 for the one night. Meanwhile, if you looked online and booked tonight, it would have cost 235 all in.
They pretend not to know anything, while actually being very aware of what they are doing. It has all been accidental, while none of it is.
Upper management, Hilton, BBB, be prepared for a very long documented with receipts email. Ive never done this before, but the inexcusable disgusting treatment warrants this. It's not even about the money anymore, its about how many other people have been scammed that arent even paying attention.
Came here with my partner to celebrate our anniversary, and very glad we did. Neeraj at the front desk was very welcoming. The staff left us this sweet note in the room as well as some snacks. The hotel itself is a very standard Hilton hotel, the bed was comfortable and room was spacious. I was actually surprised the TV was a smart TV, which you could also control using the HH app. Breakfast is very simple with bagels and cereal, but there's a Denny's restaurant down the road!
I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel; my first time at a spark and I’m in Hiltons about 60 nights per year. 5/5 for the things that matter to me which is Clean newly renovated rooms, very comfortable bed and pillows, good water pressure, didn’t hear my neighbors, and no smells. Free parking. Got upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite which was spacious. Great value at this hotel, would stay again. Breakfast is pretty basic but exactly as advertised, muffins bagels coffee juice ect. Friendly staff as well.

Completely disappointed with my stay. We were first given a room that smelt like sewage. It was so bad the smell would go into the hall when the door would open. I called down to the front desk and was told that I needed to go down to the front desk to see if I could get a new room.No one came up to the room to smell it. I then went down to the front desk and waited for about 20 minutes before I was helped. I then was told that there was one room left in the hotel as it was completely booked. We were then, given that room on the 1st floor I then had to wait another 20 minutes to get into that room. Once we got in the room, I was then told about 10 minutes later that I had to leave that room. Because it was reserved for someone else. So then I was moved to the 2nd floor. Through all of this, from starting on the 3rd floor moving to the 1st floor, then being moved to the second floor no staff offered to help me move any of my luggage. No one offered to get me a cart all while I had four children with me. The only compensationThe hotel wants to give is thirty one dollars or a one night.Complimentary stay. I told the hotel that it would need to be a two night complimentary stay as I live two hours away and for 1 night it would not be worth my two hours driving there and two hours driving back and packing and loading up four children. The hotel manager does not care all he repeats back.Is I can either take the thirty one dollars or the one night complimentary stay. I then escalated the issue to hilton and I was that then just redirected again back to the manager of the hotel instead of a higher up dealing with the situation.
And just to add the room on the third floor that smelt like sewage had just been cleaned. No way, no how should any person have been staying in that room. The cleaning staff should have noted that and should have told the front desk and that room should have been closed. It was so strong, it was sickening. I was also told throughout my stay that there was no manager on site on a weekend. When the hotel was completely sold out, I was also told that it was a holiday and that was why the manager was not there. When it was not a holiday, it was the weekend.
Update: manager talked me into taking 1 night complimentary stay, even though I told him I didn't want it, so now my case is closed and apparently there is NO WAY to reopen it or to create a other. The manager knew exactly what he was doing and wanted the case closed.
