    Hi Hampton Inn. I am very stay in this hotel but I am not have with the breakfast service and the food is not refilling or replenished and the coffee station did not have and cups or lids to caver the coffee . I wish that hotel services need to have better service and quality . Please I like to see improvement for my next visit .

    arrived late doors were locked no one manning the front desk , took half an hour to get in . Terrible service Customer service number was AI and was no help. Called front desk phone several times and no answer

    I called a few days before my reservation and would not allow me to cancel. Jets kept going off in tub every 20 minutes. Air conditioner kept turning on. Noisy room. Smoking area wasn't shoveled.

    Worst hotel experience I have ever had. Spent three nights there, could not shower because the shower only gave scalding hot water. Thankfully it was me getting in the shower and not my daughter. After multiple complaints and promises that maintenance would come and fix the issue, the front desk finally came up to check and confirm the issue and offered me a new room, but at the point we were already heading out for our final night and didn’t have time to pack up and change rooms. Was told management would follow up with me after my stay. They didn’t. I had to call back and was initially offered a $75 refund on a three night stay at $330/night. When I said that was ridiculous, they upped it to $113. What a joke. Will never be staying here again.

    Was here this past weekend for a cheer event right off the hop the check in process was smooth and simple. Rustom and Chelsea & Kristen made us feel at home. The room was excellent spacious and clean could ask for more staying at a hotel. The included breakfast buffet was great as well. 5 starts to this hotel especially the staff.
