  We stayed at the hilton for a hockey tournament and everything and everyone was fantastic especially the man working in the lobby , I believe his name is Amit. He was friendly, accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure everyone had what they needed. I definetly recommend this hotel !!

  This hotel is amazing! I was moving from Toronto to Montreal and wanted a place to stay for the night. Looked around Kingston first but then saw this hotel and I'm glad I chose this one. Let's start with the service. I want to give a big shout out to the lady working the night shift, Cindy if I'm not mistaken. The sweetest and most welcoming person! She deserves a raise! She is the personification of "Going above and beyond" customer service. For the hotel itself, it is very nice. They have just opened so everything is new. The rooms are great and the breakfast being included is a huge plus! I booked the hotel the day of, and for the price I paid, this is a great deal! And considering it's right pass Kingston, I think it's more worth it to drive a little more. It's unfortunate I'm not planning to make the drive often, because if I was, that's definitely a place I would come back to.

  Very nice hotel and reasonably priced. Great location across from the Shoreline Casino. On the edge of the village of Gananoque. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, warm pool and a good hot breakfast Staff was awesome from check-in to check-out. We'll be back.

  The staff were so friendly! We had a problem with our key not working to open our door and they fixed it right away, while we were out and we had no more problems after that. The rooms were so clean and we had fresh towels all the time we were there. We were there an entire week, so it was like a home away from home. The lounge area had this cozy couch I would sit on every afternoon. It has everything you need and nothing you don't. No coffee maker or microwave in the room. But full pots available day and night. We were so sad to leave! As an older person, the music was the only thing I didn't like, but that's a brand issue, not the hotel issue. But it wasn't playing in the morning so I could deal with it the rest of the time and it kind of grew on me after awhile...lol! We loved playing foosball too. It's a very convenient location that leads right to the downtown area with easy access to stores and restaurants and even a Laundromat as there is none in the hotel. There is also a workout room with a couple of treadmills, an elliptical, bike and weights and other equipment, plus a pool. Both were also exceptionally clean and easy to use. The price is excellent compared to other hotels due to those few things that to us made no difference. I highly recommend this particular hotel! Oh, and the breakfast is quite substantial with hot oats, eggs and either bacon or sausage, yogurts and cold cereals, fresh fruits and juices. There's a fun pancake machine too and it looked like the children especially loved it. They have bread and bagels for toast too. They even had some gluten free bread that they kept frozen and brought out for me to toast as I don't have to worry about cross contamination. So, long story short...if you are trying to decide where to stay in the Thousand Islands region, go to Tru by Hilton in Gananoque! You won't be sorry!

  A huge Thank You to all at this Hotel for a spectacular stay! ❤️❤️ Staff were great, showing a genuine appreciation and interest towards guests, and ensuring their stay was better than satisfactory! Breakfast, and the presentation of it, was delightful and delicious! Seating was ample and excellent. The Lobby with its modern and Boho decor was inviting and much good energy was received upon walking through the front door. It didn’t stop there…continuing the journey up to my room did not disappoint. The room, with its compact size, was not missing a thing. Space utilization was terrific. The color palette and the furniture was inviting, refreshing, cozy, relaxing and comfortable. “A” plus to the designer(s) and decorator(s)! The soap dispensers in the bathroom, with their inscription of inspiring statements, was nothing like I have seen before and resonated with me. The bed was one so plush and comfortable, that drifting off to “slumber land”, was a safe and magical experience filled with beautiful thoughts and dreams. Like the “awe” I get when looking at the moon and stars, the whole atmosphere at this Hotel was filled with great vibes, and warm and welcoming energy, leaving me feeling “awe struck”. I highly recommend the community take advantage of the special the Hotel is offering to you for a limited time. I also recommend that people from far and near choose this Hotel in Gananoque, Ontario. Keep up the great work and continue to care about the experience of your guests Tru - The Hilton 😊😁
