- AMAnnelize Malan6 days ago4.0Rooms are large and clean. We had a pet friendly room as we travel with our 2 dachshunds, the rooms had no carpets or pet smell like some other hotels have. Breakfast was good, especially the morning we got cheese omelets, those were really good. Ajith the manager was awesome and very helpful. We will stay here again in future

They responded promptly and handled my concern with professionalism and sincerity. I truly appreciate the way Hilton took the issue seriously and followed up with a fair resolution. This experience has restored my confidence in the brand, and I’m glad to see that they stand behind their commitment to guest satisfaction. Original Review 11/02/25 I’ve stayed at this hotel twice this year, and while it's generally a convenient place for an overnight stop, I’m disappointed to say that I won’t be returning. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The floor was visibly dirty with hairs scattered throughout, and the most disturbing issue was the large stain on the bathroom floor mat (see attached photos). I’m baffled as to why this mat was even left in the room in such a condition. It made me question whether the hotel properly changed the towels and bed linens from the previous guest. When I mentioned this to the front desk, I was told that maybe the housekeeper had missed it. This is simply not acceptable. Cleanliness is a basic expectation, and it’s concerning to see such a lack of attention to detail. I had hoped to return in the future, but after this experience, I will be looking for other options next time.
