The property is situated in an industrial area surrounded by manufacturing and warehouse buildings, with no nearby restaurants, stores, or even a gas station. The closest ones are roughly four miles away. The hotel, which opened in 2009, is beginning to show its age. The room furnishings and finishes had noticeable nicks and scratches, and the plastic light switch and outlet covers were faded and yellowed. There were no power outlets or USB ports on one side of the bed, requiring me to unplug the alarm clock just to charge my phone on my nightstand. I also requested a late checkout (standard checkout is 11:00 a.m.), which was initially denied despite my Hilton Honors Diamond status—disappointing for a loyalty benefit that is supposed to add value. Overall, the stay was acceptable, and I would consider returning, but some aspects of this property fall short and would benefit from meaningful updates.

The location is ok, not much around, but the hotel offers beer, wine and snacks to buy. Two suggestions..room wasn't spotless as the door in the bathroom was stained with something. After we complained, they offered us a new room and came up to clean it immediately. Could use a Super Charger for cars. Great service. Excellent coffee as well.

Pool is good and temperature is maintained. Only issue i had first room I got had big bug in bed. They gave me different room in 2 mins . Mandy is good. She offered me water and chocolate when I checked in second time but nothing was offered first time checking in .
