Excellent service and hotel was very clean. Needed an accessible room as we had not booked one and even though they were fully booked found a way to accommodate us without inconvenience the other guests. Went above and beyond
Breakfast servers very pleasant and professional made sure that we had everything we needed.

The room was fine other than the pipes in the bathroom that sounded like a jackhammer was going off. After the first sleepless night due to this, I made the front desk aware and they said they would send maintenance to look. The second night it was the same thing all over again, so another sleepless night. In the morning I asked the front desk again and they said maintenance had found nothing wrong. I explained to them they need to send someone in there to listen. Lo and behold, they found something and it was fixed for my third night. I asked what they were willing to do for the 2 sleepless nights I had just experienced (I’m a frequent Hilton customer when traveling for work such as this trip) so usually when there is an issue they apologize and comp some Hilton Honors points. I was given the business card of Varun Jonnalagadda, the hotel manager, and told that he would call me soon. This was on October 9th. I’m writing this 10 days later on October 19th. Despite me calling the hotel back 2 times, I have never received a call, an apology, or any attempt at resolution from Varun. Both times I was told he was not that and that he would be given the message and would call soon. Would probably be a better hotel
If the manager had some level of commitment to customer experience, I certainly have seen no demonstration of that.
I did call Hilton Corporate and they did comp me points and make things right, but it shouldn’t have had to come to that. If the person managing the location has such little care for customers or accountability to follow up and make things right, that’s how I decide I will never stay somewhere again.

My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Toronto/Brampton was excellent. The hotel is very well located, with easy access to the highway and close to restaurants and shops. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very clean, with everything you need for a great rest.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out, always with a smile and ready to assist. Breakfast exceeded my expectations: fresh, varied, and delicious. The hotel also offers convenient parking and well-maintained common areas.
I highly recommend it for both business trips and vacations, and I would definitely stay here again.
