I booked a room several weeks ago online on the Hilton website. Perhaps one week before my arrival, I called the hotel to make a special request .....could I get a top floor facing Taylor Road? So they gave me the fourth floor which is only one away from the top, and I was facing Taylor Road. Athough I regret that now because the street lights still came shining in my window, oh well live and learn. As far as the room the bed was super comfortable, although the room was a bit small as mentioned by other people but it is what it is. The lobby area is really nice, very modern looking, there's couches and tables and hammock type chairs and there's tall chairs at tables. There's lots of places to plug in your phone to charge it. A very inviting area. The only thing I did not like about the room is the shampoo and the shower gel, as I did not like the scent at all. I did have my own with me so I used that instead. Breakfast was good, plenty of space, everything was well laid out well. There was a fair amount of selection such as scrambled eggs and pork sausage, cereals, oatmeal, muffins, fruits, yogurt, toast, Bagels. The lady at check in was very nice, her name was Lae. I did make a written suggestion that it would be a good idea to preserve the wooden floors in the rooms, to put down a mat of some sort inside the door and also have a boot tray for snowy boots. Apparently this is already being worked on. Another good idea would be to be more diligent on clearing the snow by the front doorways that way there would be less tracking in to damage the carpets, but this didn't affect my stay However. Ill stay again for sure.

Very nice hotel! Rooms are clean and breakfast is good. There were no towels at the pool and the lady when we first checked in was kind of rude. If you are expecting it to be quiet I would probably pick a different hotel as the children run screaming up and down the halls (i honestly didnt care but someone else did as the cops came). Otherwise was a great place to stay.

Booked a room through a third party site to watch a hockey game in Bracebridge. My fault for not booking at a free cancellation motel. A family emergency came up and had to cancel well this motel couldn’t even see to refund part of the fee keeping the whole thing. You’re welcome for the donation nothing I could have done about the emergency. Next trip will be at another motel for sure. Enjoy your Christmas
