I want to take a moment to recognize Christian, who is truly one of the best front desk professionals I’ve ever encountered. From the moment I walked in, Christian made the entire experience smooth, welcoming, and stress-free. Guy went above and beyond and is incredibly knowledgeable, answering every question with patience and clarity. Please give this guy a raise!

My husband and I are am sitting in our room as I write this review. It is 8:00 p.m. on a Saturday. We were very excited to try this hotel because it was new. And we love the rooms. No rugs. Nice big bathroom and large shower. Beautiful comfy bed and very clean. However the hotel is hosting a few teen hockey teams. There were teen boys running up and down the hall outside our door and at one point 2 boys banged on our door so hard I screamed….i quickly opened the door and they ran fast down the stairs. I contacted the front desk and things seem to have calmed down outside our door. But as we sit here now all we can hear is pounding above us. We suspect some are doing the same above us. It is truly a shame that the hotel is putting up with this behaviour . The evening is not over yet. We are hoping we are able to sleep. Unfortunately we will not stay here again.

I often travel for work and this is my favorite hotel yet. My shower was steaming hot and had adequate pressure. Sometimes pools need chemicals. I wouldnt go swimming when the smell of chlorine its strong and apparent. I blame that other guy for not using his senses like a grown adult.

I had a wonderful stay at Tru by Hilton! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and modern. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the service was excellent. A special thank you to Christian for being so kind and helpful—he made my stay even better. Highly recommend this hotel!

The best place to stay when you visit Muskoka. We had a 5 days road trip from Montreal, Quebec, and Ottawa. Our last stop was Muskoka. We reached the hotel around 10pm. We were welcome by Lae at the front desk. She sent us a follow up message just to make sure we're okay. In the morning we came across Bernard working around the public area. Always wear a great smile. Though he was doing something, he never fails to say hello. Jiwon made an impact as well when we checked out. She connected with us like we've known each other before. For me this is the best experience I would always remember. The hotel opened last December, it is clean and we'll maintained. If you are looking for a quiet place away from the city life, this hotel is the best place to stay. I like to hang out in the lobby. Nearby is a gasoline station with a convenient store. Overall experience is 10/10. Thank you all for making our stay memorable.
