    I would not stay at this hotel again, rooms were horrible. Broken doors, leaking showers heads, drywall falling off the roof in the pool area. I don't recommend it ever. They were asked to charge all 4 rooms to certain credit card and did not do this. They were also asked to email the receipt to a different email on file and did not. They do not follow instructions, even after they said they would.

    This is a rare experience for me as hotels always have a er I end up disliking. But my stay at the Hampton Inn in Bolton was quite enjoyable. I had booked the double queen room due to no availability of the king rooms. Check-in was a breeze. Easy to access, right off the main road and did i mention PARKING WAS FREE??? Didnt know any reputable hotels in/close to the GTA region still did that. Took almost no time at all. The staff working that night was quite friendly and very accommodating. I was visiting for a wedding and they ensure we were comfortable. As a previous diehard loyal Hilton guest, it feels good to return and feel that seamlessly easy interactions at the Hilton. Will def be using this location on my next visit to Bolton.

    Handy hotel location on the big box strip of Bolton. Good yogourt selection. Lots of parking.

    When we stayed there the room the bathroom fan wouldn't turn off my husband went down and complained about it but was told that there was only one room and that show didn't work then the TV wouldn't turn off by the remote and it took some time to get to turn off on the set in the morning went to have a shower and the show head the water went everywhere but at me the ice machine on the floor didn't work either ....for a Hilton I was very disappointed as we stayed at one in Sarnia and it was great and thought we would be the same. Lady at the front desk said the Manager would call me but after a week no one called I called and emailed the manager and never got a call back several times and never got a call back they need new management there it seems

    *Update* this hotel will not honour their cancelation policy. I cancelled my reservation within the cancelation window despite being given a hard time doing so and they are refusing to refund me. Terrible experience. I have had to take it to my credit card company. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times due to the location. I went to cancel my reservation this past time due to changes. It was fully refundable but they gave me the absolute run around to get it cancelled. I called the hotel directly only to get put through to a call center that also gave me the run around and put on hold. Finally got it cancelled but something that should have taken 3 minutes took way longer, multiple agents and phone calls. Horribly disappointed.
