- VPVictoria Della PiaDec 6, 20252.0Our 2 star rating is solely due to the horrible service at this Hampton Inn. We used this hotel for our wedding block, and it was a nightmare. The block rate was not the same for all our guests, plus we were all scattered throughout the hotel. It was even more frustrating because no one who worked at the front desk could fix any of the block rate issues without the manager- Donna- being there. However, she was never in office! Shocking! None of her employees could tell us her schedule for us to get to speak with her. This was over a Wed-Mon span of time as well. Just despicable. DO NOT USE FOR A WEDDING BLOCK! To be fair to the housekeeping and other employees- the rooms were clean and well-kept and there are many restaurants and stores in walking distance to this hotel.

They were asked to charge all 4 rooms to certain credit card and did not do this. They were also asked to email the receipt to a different email on file and did not. They do not follow instructions, even after they said they would.

I had booked the double queen room due to no availability of the king rooms. Check-in was a breeze. Easy to access, right off the main road and did i mention PARKING WAS FREE??? Didnt know any reputable hotels in/close to the GTA region still did that. Took almost no time at all. The staff working that night was quite friendly and very accommodating. I was visiting for a wedding and they ensure we were comfortable. As a previous diehard loyal Hilton guest, it feels good to return and feel that seamlessly easy interactions at the Hilton. Will def be using this location on my next visit to Bolton.
