Wonderful place to stay with family. Clean and roomy spaces!! The staff was supper delightful. We met Elida when we arrived at high traffic time 5:15pm... she was excellent then and also helping us feel welcome at breakfast the next morning. Single mom with two high NRG kiddos in tow can be a whirlwind!! I even love the fitness center! Book it. We can't wait to go to the pool.

Just off I40.The gentleman (Kush) who checked us in was amazing and super helpful! We were traveling with two small dogs. We were out in a room closest to the dog area for easy access. Our room was great. Very spacious and clean. There was a tad bit of noise from the interstate being close by. But it wasn't terribly bothersome. Thanks for a wonderful stay! The pillows were my favorite and I wish I could take some home. We will be staying here again!

We’ve been frequently using this hotel as we are in OKC to do a remodel project, which we have more than a couple months left on which leaves us staying here frequently. There is a man that provides absolutely terrible customer service at the front desk, frequently. He is by far more interested in his phone, and greeting the children running around the lobby than providing any help whatsoever. We had plans unexpectedly change, and before 11am said we would need to cancel our rooms, we are gold members and despite traveling to multiple states using Hilton hotels, we have never ran into what we did. We were charged for the room, and denied access to the room if we wanted to go ahead and stay. So we paid for a room we are unable to use, and the front desk attendant had no sympathy, no kindness, no care, nothing. After speaking to Hilton, it is up to each hotel whether they waive the TOTAL CHARGE for the room, and they “do not per policy”
Would highly recommend using the Hilton hotel in Mustang, down the street, instead. We preferred Yukon because it is closer to our work property, but I’d drive 40 mins if it meant avoiding that terrible front desk attendant!
