Room was very clean, iron and iron boards, blow dryers, has a kitchenet: microwave, dishwasher, dishes, utensils, coffee and coffee machine, full size refrigerator with freezer NOTE electric hot plates available at front desk. Property is pet friendly...check with hotel for costs and restrictions. Lobby has a well lit setting area with charging docks for computers and cell phones. Laundry facilities, fitness, pool and hot tub. Microwave meals, snacks, drinks, dog snacks and toiletries available in the lobby in the hotels commissary/market. Upon our departure we had left our work laptop computer in our room, we where in Albuquerque bNew Mexico when we got a call from Kris at the front desk to advise us we'd left behind our laptop. Kis quickly advised she'd let the hotel manager" Deja" to expedite our work laptop fast way possible to us in Phoenix Arizona. Payment information was arranged over the phone and was advised if there was to be any problems that we would be notified A.S.A.P. To the attentive staff and gracious management... thank you for taking care of us during and after our stay. Wilson's

I got into the room and there was red all over the pillowcase and all over the floor. I called the desk whom had an attitude and told me it was just a stain. She ended up moving us rooms. Breakfast wasn't being restocked as it was emptied out fairly early in the morning. I had to ask for a spoon, napkins and find a cup to get waffle mix. The same gal was working the front counter and I watched her be very unfriendly with another guest. She just wanted to sit in her chair and play cards. I will rethink my hotel choice for my next stay.
