I arrived with a fully confirmed reservation through a major booking platform, ready to check in and called ahead to let the staff know I would be checking in late. I was assured that checking in after midnight would not be a problem. When I arrived, the front desk informed me that my reservation had been cancelled even with the confirmation email with the correct information. The hotel stated this was due to so-called “card issues.” Not only was this claim completely false, but the staff went as far as accusing me of deactivating my own card. This was absolutely untrue—my bank statements show that my card was active and used throughout the day. Their accusation was not only baseless but incredibly unprofessional and done in a very hostile manner. Despite having a valid confirmation email and proof that my reservation was guaranteed, the hotel refused to honor the booking. Even worse, they still charged me two days later for the stay that never happened. I contacted both the hotel and the booking platform multiple times, providing confirmation details, proof of an active card, and documentation showing that the reservation was valid. The hotel continues to refuse a refund for a service I never received. This is unacceptable, dishonest, and shows a complete lack of integrity on the part of hotel management. If you value reliability, honesty, and basic professionalism, I strongly recommend choosing a different hotel. No guest should have to deal with this level of incompetence and disrespect.

Its budget-friendly, the front desk staff are the nicest ive ever encountered while staying at hotels, the rooms are so clean, the breakfast selection was good, its pet-friendly but you won't smell anything other than cleanliness, it was really such a great experience.
