    I checked in on the app. When I got to the desk and asked why I couldn’t get a digital key she said the system is broken. Room 220 smells of stale cigarette smoke. Old outdated hotel. Old musky carpet and drapes, old bed that the springs creek with every turn and very thin mattress. Small tv with Cox remote and unable to sign into any apps to watch Netflix. The old corded phone in the room is stained by cigarette smoke. This would be my last resort hotel in the future. I’m surprised Hilton allows the condition of this hotel to go without putting demands on the franchisee. As a diamond member since 2004, and having stayed at 1000’s of Hiltons all across the country I was very disappointed in this hotel. My stay was not terrible just not to the Hilton standards that I am used to. I will be letting hhonors know as well. **update after the hotels generic reply. How could the issues I brought to attention have been addressed already? Apparently the digital key issue has been an ongoing issue with the prior reviews! Other than spray the room with a neutral spray how can you get the cigarette smell out of the carpet, bed and blinds in a few hours? Did you remove the disgusting phone that was stained yellow from cigarette smoke? Did you update, remodel the 2005 decor? Did you replace the 2005 bed that the springs were broken? Be honest and humble not generic in your responses!

    Normally stay here when coming to owasso, reported lukewarm temp twice for shower and also reported light going out over bathroom sink twice. No one ever fixed it. Stayed 3 nights.

    [Edited] Wood framing without concrete, and thin walls, means you can hear people in the rooms around you. I can feel it when someone walks or flushes in a nearby room. This is our first time in a Hampton when people could hear us well enough to ask management to quiet us down Edit: No change to the above paragraph. When management replied with a generic response that didn’t acknowledge the construction issue, I dropped it from 3 stars to 2. It’s worth noting though that the person on duty Emily did a a great job with communication with us and our downstairs neighbor.
