This is our first time in a Hampton when people could hear us well enough to ask management to quiet us down Edit: No change to the above paragraph. When management replied with a generic response that didn’t acknowledge the construction issue, I dropped it from 3 stars to 2. It’s worth noting though that the person on duty Emily did a a great job with communication with us and our downstairs neighbor.
