Electricity went out. 2 of the 3 elevators stopped working, so there was only 1 working elevator. We had to take the stairs carrying a stroller because we waited 30 minutes multiple times to even catch an elevator. Horrible.

It smelled as though there was an open sewage pipe and that several mice had found their way into the vents to die and rot. To make things worse the operators pumped a very strong apple cinnamon smell into the entire building that was unpleasant and overwhelming. My entire stay was spent nauseous and unhappy. This hotel has the potential to be an excellent location and you can tell the employees care, but until something is done about the smell I would stay far far away.
