I had to go for a conference. They have very comfortable chairs. I didn't get to enjoy many amenities as I had "homework" to do. I went to have dinner, and went right up to my room. Took a jacuzzi and relaxed in my huge bed and did my assignment. Went to the breakfast buffet and pigged out! It was delicious! This was my 4 night routine and I can honestly say it was quiet and relaxing.

I’ve *always* loved the Embassy. It’s one of my favorite hotels to stay at. The atmosphere is inviting, the bar feels glamorous, and the breakfast buffet? We’ve even paid to eat there when we weren’t staying the night—it’s that good! The rooms are lovely and it’s 100% certain we’ll stay here again. **But Embassy… it’s time to up the game.** A few things need attention: 📍 **Check-in & Parking** $14 per car per night to park felt steep, especially since we had two cars for two nights. We had some check-in issues due to booking through a third party, and my husband had to call from work to sort it out. Luckily, they waived the parking fee for me after the hassle. 🏨 **Lobby** The carpet is old and dirty. It really brings the space down and gives a tired first impression. It's definitely time for a refresh. 🍸 **Bar** Check-in is at 3PM, but the bar doesn’t open until 5. We got two free drink tickets each, which was a nice touch, but the drink selection was very limited (mostly well drinks and light beer). Different from the unlimited days when you had to wait in line! 😄 That said, *Kendall and Kayman*, the bartenders, were fantastic—super friendly and attentive! 🏊 **Pool** The pool was about 80% of what it could be. There were bugs, a couple of band-aids, and something growing on the side. It clearly hadn’t been cleaned recently. The photos show what I mean—the sides were visibly dirty. 🍳 **Breakfast Buffet** It's still excellent! The food is fabulous, and the made-to-order omelets are worth it. The only downside was the floor—it was *audibly* sticky. Not enough to ruin the experience, but it was definitely noticeable. 👥 **Staff & Overall Experience** The staff was friendly and helpful all around, and there was nothing here that would stop me from returning. I’d give our stay a **95/100**. We even had a view of another roof, but honestly, it didn’t bother us. **Final thoughts:** I’ll absolutely be back.

Great location, customer service, rate and room! The entire staff was helpful and accommodating. A special thanks to Vicki- Housekeeping. I watched her clean and remove trash on multiple occasions with smile and also greeted all guests! I truly understand why the hotel has such a high rating. Thankful for the hard working team!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at the omelette bar in Embassy Suites Norman, Oklahoma, and I must say, Maddie made my experience absolutely outstanding! From the moment I approached the bar, her warm smile and friendly demeanor put me at ease. She exuded a genuine passion for her craft, which was evident in the way she skillfully prepared my omelette. Maddie was not only attentive but also considerate, offering a variety of fresh ingredients and suggestions tailored to my taste. Her expertise shone through as she crafted the perfect omelette, cooked to perfection with just the right amount of seasoning. Each bite was a delightful explosion of flavors, showcasing the quality of the ingredients and Maddie's impressive culinary skills. Beyond her technical abilities, what truly stood out was Maddie's remarkable customer service. She made sure to check in with me throughout my meal, ensuring that everything was to my liking and creating a welcoming atmosphere that felt like home. It's rare to find someone who combines culinary talent with such exceptional personal service. If you find yourself at the Embassy Suites in Norman, do not miss the opportunity to enjoy an omelette made by Maddie. We've stayed here at the Embassy Suites in Norman 3 times over the last year of 2025 and everytime has not been good. We book with 3 guest and we pick the suite that says the room is stocked with snacks and non-alcoholic drinks so we don't have to leave the room any that evening. Well there is nothing in the room except 2 bottles of water with warnings if you open you will be charged $4 per bottle. I told the desk about there is no snacks or drinks in the room and they said come down for a bag and they would be in there. So we did and when we get back to the room there is 1 hot coke and 3 candy bars and 2 chips. The snacks where fine for the kids but what about drinks for us, I guess we where supposed to share 1 hot can of coke. Some bottled water would be nice, free for what we actually ended up paying. Also, when we arrived it was minus 30 degrees and an artic wind that was crazy. We had to pay $14 for self parking, it took forever to find a spot far away because it was so packed, from the holiday party's being held here. When we checked in we was told we had to go back out in the freezing temps, wind blowing like crazy, to put a piece of paper in the dash so it won't be towed, so we can park in there lots which we had to pay for. Ridiculous! The rooms need updating badly and they are really dirty. I attaching some pictures to show. The walls are thin and you can hear everone partying. Both sides was loud of us, one with drunks, and the other with a dog barking all night. Last I checked before I could fall asleep it was 4:28. Now for those wondering, online when I reserved it said my total was going to be $215, which was more than the places directly around this hotel by $100, but like I said we wanted something we could get in and not have to leave again for the night because of how cold it was out, at the front desk the total changed to $350. When I asked why, at first they said local taxes and I showed them my screen shot of when I reserved online and it showed that was already calculated in. Everything they tried to say was already calculated in, in my screenshot. Like an idiot I went ahead and paid anyways. So, with all that being said, we will not be giving it another try.
