The property had the feel of a run-down roadside motel. There were people hanging out in the parking lot drinking, barbecuing, and even working out in front of the rooms, which made the atmosphere feel uncomfortable and unprofessional. The first room I was given smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. I asked to switch, and the second room wasn’t much better — stains on the floor and a very strong lingering curry-like odor. The overall cleanliness and upkeep are way below what you would expect from a Best Western. If you’re looking for a clean, quiet, and reasonably professional environment, I would not recommend this hotel. Definitely more of a low-end 2-star experience at best.

I had to get a wheelchair out of the uhaul so she could access the room. Obviously you know the thresholds are to high. The doorways to the cleaning closets have concrete transition straps for easier access.
