To a person, every staff member we encountered was engaged, competent and seemed determined to make our stay pleasant. They were more typical of a high end hotel, not a mass-market facility.

Toaster was only working on one side. Oatmeal looked like soup. Eggs were runny and not appetizing. Coffee was great. The room had a strange smell but it was clean. Shower water pressure is a little weak. Overall the staff made up for a lot of the other.
