The room quality was disappointing. No breakfast, free waters, nothing. There is a restaurant on site, foods ok. For Hilton they could use some attention in upgrade and cleaning.
- TPThe Real PerspectiveOct 4, 20253.0I stayed overnight, one night. I was traveling across the country by car. I was halfway through with my driving, so I got a room for the night here. I put the DND sign on the door to get some sleep and set my early alarms in case I wanted breakfast and a 10:30 alarm to take a shower before the road. I didn't go down for food, too tired from 24 hours of road travel. I kept the 10:30 alarm. At 9:47 am, I was woken by housekeepers knocking. I sleepily said no, housekeeper kept knocking and then tried to force entry upon third knock. I complained about this, but at 11, THE HOUSEKEEPERS STILL CAME BACK AND TRIED TO FORCE ENTRY WITH THE SAME PROCESS. I went downstairs to get a cart to block the door this time, after the complaint. I don't know where the cart is now, but the housekeeper repeated the process while I was naked! (Btw, there were 4 carts at the time I took it, I didn't steal the last one)
