- ADAlec DollinsDec 25, 20251.0It is Christmas Eve at 1:30 I was woke up by ppl in the room next to me about 4 times around 11:30 completely drunk so I go down to the counter to complain he say he will look in to it I say okay thank you then go back to room and finally get back to sleep then I hear international banging on the wall directly adjacent from me that woke me up and the other person in my room at 1:30 and I recorded it walked down to complain again and show him and he said I walked past and checked earlier and heard nothing and I said if I have to come down Here again I am calling the cops and having them come deal with it I should not have to threaten to call the cops I understand he can only do so much but this is ridiculous I am completely disappointed and dissatisfied I have had better sleep in a motel 6 I might also add there was no body wash in the soap container the drink in bath was broken and the handle on the shower to assist people was broken I will not be coming back here ever do not recommend it to anyone unless you don’t want to sleep bc drunk people and pounding the wall at 2 am and nothing gets done I am beyond frustrated if you have children i would not come here the will be awoken

I believe Juan, Gabe, and another very kind gentleman provided above and beyond customer service and hospitality! They all should be praised and given a bonus for being so kind! I really enjoyed getting to know them, and it was refreshing to experience their pride in what they do for Hilton Garden Inn Conference Center! Well Done, Gentleman and your team. THE FOOD WAS AMAZING! Please let the cook and his staff know how wonderful the food was for this event. My son had seconds, thrids and maybe a little more! Merry Christmas!
