Our first room had bugs- 5 or 6 but that was all we could see so that was first issue. Second issue was the state of the bathroom. The tub had been refinished and was peeling horribly. When I turned the water on it came out dark gray and took awhile to clear. The sink alternated between spurting water and air. We called and requested a new room and she tried to put us next door. I refused that room as it was likely the bugs and plumbing issues were there too. She put us across the hall and we checked everything. The tub was peeling also but not to the degree as the other room. We have stayed at this Hampton Inn multiple times before in years prior and it was never like this. The hallway rugs are dirty, and the elevators are as well. The overall quality has decreased substantially. My husband was told they are undergoing renovations but it is not ok to put customers in such unacceptable rooms. We will not be back.

One of the worse Hampton Inn’s in my life. Diamond member the last 10 years. The place is filthy dirty. The room stunk / water damage, the phone did not work and cold showers. Front desk didn’t seem to care about cold showers but said they would contact maintainance as I’m checking out.

This place was filthy. Lobby looked okay. Elevator was the first sign of neglect. Neither the floor nor the panel looked like they had been cleaned in weeks. Third floor hallway carpet is stained in multiple places. Room smelled like dogs. I'm begging hotels to stop letting pets in every room and on every floor. This is the second Hilton property I've been in recently that reeks of dogs. No cups in the room. Two towels for three people. No wash cloths. The flavored water in the lobby didn't look like it had been changed overnight - the fruit looked like it had been brewing for some time. Given the status of the floors, we skipped it. Front desk wasn't staffed when we checked in or when we left later that evening. Kids got breakfast. I was going to grab something for the road and it was shutdown before 9:30 a.m. I'm not shocked the parking lot was mostly empty when surrounding hotels had full-ish lots. Do not stay here. There are better options nearby.

We are honors members and this is the worst Hilton property we have stayed in. The room was clean enough. We never interacted with the staff because we used our key in the app to get into our room. The room was so humid everything in our bags was damp. We stayed 4 nights so we went to Lowe’s and bought a dehumidifier. It was crazy how much water it drew out of the air. It made staying in the room bare able. The hotel in general is run down and in bad need of a renovation. Needless to say we won’t be staying here again.
