  Becca greeted us with a great smile that makes you feel super welcome. I was sad she did not offer us the bottled water as Hilton honors members. We had requested a room with a tub. So Becca makes sure our request was full filled .arrived to my room and the room had a musty smell. And the tub had black foot prints and what looked like dried boogers.. We left for dinner and asked Becca to have bathroom service again. When we came back everything was perfect clean Along with extra towels I requested. The sheets on the bed were too small for mattress and came off before we even got into them. I was frustrated I was not àble to get them on. Nothing worse the fitted sheets that don't fit. Beds was comfortable pillows were decent. In the morning when checking out once again Becca's smiling face was there to say goodbye.

  So tired of getting in the shower getting wet then realizing there is no soap in the dispenser. This seems to happen about 30% of the time so I will now give not good reviews. it would be easy to check them before I check in or just have bottles that are clear and evident it is empty the way it is now its hard to see. tv not good remote not responsive and no guide on tv. even the cheapest hotels have all gone to smart tv. room A/c turns off if it does not sense movement I had to get up Three times just so it would turn back on.

  Most coming in for wedding stayed here. Everything was great. We had good breakfast and able to meet in breakfast area with a large group to visit and play cards.

  The location is near the main road and by a McDonalds. The lobby was clean. The only staff we found friendly was Becca at the Reception desk. Others wouldn't say hello or return greetings The suite was large with a couch and desk and chair. The bed was comfy however the pillows were way too soft and no support = neck pain! We liked the sink area separate from shower and toilet plus the barn door for added separation from the room. The shower head was SOO tall at 5’1” no way could I adjust the stream of water. The shower room floor got wet and the floor mat was black when we wiped it up??!! The kitchenette area at the entry was handy. Sad news is the pool was closed. Can’t say much for the breakfast offerings.. oatmeal and waffles were good but no adult cereals, barely cooked and greasy bacon, overcooked omelets and no real pastries seen. Also no trays to carry the food. I hope the Manager will read this and consider improving.

  I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn in Claremore OK from, 27 to 29 Aug 2025. I have stayed there several times with no issues at all but this time was an unpleasant visit. First when we got to the front door the outside trash cans were over flowing with garbage and it was like that for the days we stayed. The employee behind the desk was not properly dressed walking around in flip flops. I was not greeted pertaining to my Gold Member status and I was not offered or given my complimentary water and snack. The Hote lobby was dirty. When I went into my room it looked like the floor had not been vacuumed and on the bathroom, floor were nail clippings and a used Q-Tip up under the sink. When we pulled the covers back it looked like someone had slept in the bed (dirt and dust particles on the sheets). The next morning, we went to breakfast and 90% of the tables were dirty (there were only 2 other people eating at that time and for the 30 min were there eating we never saw anyone checking on the food or cleaning up the area.
